Refund policy

At Wilburn’s Wonder Dust, we’re dedicated to ensuring your complete satisfaction with our products. We understand that sometimes, a product may not meet your expectations and we're here to help.

30-Day Return Window: You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return an item. The product must be returned in the same condition you received it, unused and in its original packaging.

Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at wilburnswonderdust@gmail.com. We will arrange for the item to be returned and either replace the item or provide a full refund, including any shipping charges.

Non-Refundable Items: Please note that items marked as 'Final Sale' or 'Non-Returnable' cannot be returned.

Return Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
